When I feel the urge to repel, push away, fight, hide
send Your Love.

When I find myself criticizing, critiquing, fearing, doubting
send Your Truth.

When I am exhausted, hurting, cringing, angry in pain
send Your Mercy.

When I am lost, scared, forgetful, empty
send Your Light.

When I feel completely disheartened, rejected, unloved, disliked
send Your Peace.

When I am persecuted, pushed out, left alone, denied
send Your Forgiveness.

When I am making it way harder and more complicated than it really is
soothe me.

God, this is so hard. Help me. I don't know what I'm doing. I don't have the answers. I don't have the plans. Only You do.

Lord, keep me grateful and sound. Keep me happy and tender. Keep me trusting and devoted. Keep me loving and willing. Soften my heart to receive Your Love Lord Jesus.

Give me the strength and courage to run Your race.
Give me the patience and stamina to brave Your challenges.
Give US Your divine intervention in every moment, every decision, every breath,
EVERY GRACE.

Christ, I receive Your perseverance, Your faith, Your hope, Your joy.
We receive Your Spirit of YES!
We receive Your Holiness of Triumph, of Resurrection!
