Psalm 22 I am poured out like water
How do we get to the point where we feel like celebrating with praises and blessing and extolling God? How do we find the desire to worship Christ Jesus breathing in Alleluia with each take? How in this world do we find the Magic and Spirit in all of life, all of humanity, all of time?
Muscles must be trained, exercised. The mind must be educated. Strength is done with will and endurance. So how do we cultivate Love for one another and ourselves, even when it seems so very hard to Love. If we are honest, we know where there is resistance. Where there is avoiding. Where these is hiding. Judgment... Where there is only a sense of obligation. Where there is lack of Peace and Joy. Where there is discontentment. Where there is agitation. Where there is striving. Where there is guilt blame or shame. Who and What in our lives brings this awesome challenge??? Let's not fear Truth. John 8:32 For ye shall know the Truth and the Truth shall set us free!!! This is the strong hold keeping us from His Contentment. Let's find Truth together. Let's find Freedom together. We are not alone. WE ARE LOVED.
When we finally come to the end of our own will, strength, patience, intelligence, and most importantly Love then we are empty, poured out. It is this empty, possibly lonely ill-stricken desolate, quiet serendipitous "place" God is waiting. God is waiting. God is waiting.
It is here we can be in this world and not of this world.
It is here we can allow the Spirit to cast and be caught.
It is here we can be filled restored forgiving and forgiven.
It is here we find Jesus.
Please Lord Christ during this Glorious Advent Season come to us and make room in our souls. We know our Heavenly Father awaits us turning and returning to Him. We know we are so loved. We know Faith is available to all of us. God Thank You. In Your Beautiful Name, Amen.
